Fees will be payable from then with adjustments to fees if percentage of funding has changed for any family Or hours have altered. Please check on your entitlements as I will only have estimates the week before until it all links up again. Thank you for all your understanding during this difficult time for all of us. 14.01.2022 Dearest Parents, I have been keeping myself informed with the latest updates on the widespread of corona virus from my coordinating unit and thru government advisories. On my end as an educator, I have a duty of care to protect my FDC kids the most I can. We may never tell if we have already contacted the virus, but keeping ourselves informed can make a valuable contribution to the benefit of our loved ones and our community. I have enlisted pragmatic measures that are doable... on our end. Please have a read: * Have personal hand sanitiser handy and sanitise your hands especially before: - picking up your children (touching their hands) - holding the door handle and my phone for signing in and out) * Stay consistent on leaving shoes outside upon pick up or drop off (children cant avoid touching the floor with their bare hands when they play). * Encourage child to stay home when sick, or if displaying symptoms of viral infection. Kindly seek doctors advice and medical clearance to ensure if safe to attend my day care. I have duty of care to ensure the safety of everyone in my care. * Parents need to also be mindful of their health upon drop-off. If exhibiting symptoms, kindly seek doctors advice to ensure the safety of everyone in my care. * Please encourage our children when coughing or sneezing to use either of their elbows to cover their mouth and not with their bare hands. * I have hand sanitizers, alcohol and tissues available but only limited (tissues, alcohol, hand sanitisers are running out in the market unfortunately so wise use of it is encouraged in children). * I will appreciate it if each child has their own hand sanitisers in the bag in case I run out. * Practice healthy habit of sufficient water intake for adults and children. Immune boosting food/supplements/ vitamins/fluids intake and healthy practices may help us increase our chance to fight against this pandemic. * Please observe short, quick and respectful conversation with me and fellow parents whilst indoors during pick-up and drop off. A precautionary measure I believe is necessary to at this point I hope for your sincere understanding and cooperation. Lets keep ourselves informed to ensure our healthy and safety along with our loves ones. 11.01.2022 T-minus 3, 2, 1 - Blast-off! We start balancing Child Care Subsidy (CCS) payments from today. We can only balance your CCS once you and your partner have lodg...ed tax returns, or told us you dont need to lodge and confirmed your income with us. If youve already done this for Family Tax Benefit (FTB), theres nothing else you need to do! But if we auto balanced your FTB you will need to confirm your income. Once we have all the information we need, well balance your CCS. Well also send you a letter once weve balanced your payments, so theres no need to call. If we think weve paid you too much during the year, we wont finalise balancing your payments straight away. This is because weve paused a range of debt activities due to the coronavirus pandemic. 10.01.2022 For your reference. Ear and rectal thermometers are the most accurate for all other thermometer it drops in temperature. My ear one always played up when I purchased it about 12 years ago so just went digital underarm but Ill have to keep this in mind from now on
