19.01.2022 COVID -19 UPDATE- Clinicians statement Dear Valued Patients, The health and well-being of our Patients and staff is our highest priority.... In response to directives handed down form The Australian Health Protection Principal (AHPPC), Ambience Dental is now operating at Level 3 restrictions. Essentially, Ambience Dental will remain open but limited to see Emergency patients only. Our experienced team of clinicians have structured a skeleton emergency roster to reflect this development in the COVID-19 crisis. We would like to assure our patients that in the event of an emergency you will be treated promptly and with the utmost respect and compassion. Your safety is paramount and hence a strict screening process is in place at the Surgery. In addition, we have escalated our cross-infection control measures to mitigate the chance of spread of infection. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our patients for their past loyalty and for their understanding during this crisis. Thank you again for being patient with us as we’ve implemented the restrictions required by Government and relevant authorities as part of the response to the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to assure you that our priority remains the safety and wellbeing of people - our patients, our people and the community. In line with this commitment we’re continuing a number of safety measures to help minimise any risk of COVID-19 exposure within the practice.
