23.01.2022 Some of an order I managed to capture before it was transported to a lovely American couple. They plan to take it home with them stateside! Around 8 - 10 pieces in total! Tasmanian Blackwood... again!

16.01.2022 Awesome use of two totally different materials to create a stunning contrast. Tasmanian Blackwood is always particularly good with that waterfall edge detail - wherein the grain flows over from the top and follows down to the side gable.

15.01.2022 New desk up in the office! Finally finished. Blackheart sassy case with stained Blackwood leg base. Added a 60% gloss to the sassafras for a bit of a glossy sheen to show off that unique grain.

Houzz awarded us with a seal commending us on achieving among the highest level of client satisfaction in the Houzz community! also, new desk repost Also, accompanying the award, a Danish style desk in Dark toned Tasmanian Blackwood with custom handles and turned legs by our immensely talented woodturner. The Blackwood was a little light on the desk top, so we sprayed a very pale light walnut stain over it to even the toning. 07.01.2022 The Tasmanian Blackwood furniture set happy in the home of our lovely client. The Blackwood can almost look like flames sometimes - its a great timber if youre tryig to make a bold statement. Order consisted of, 2 dressers, 2 bedsides, an ottoman with an upholstered top and a dish with a blackwoood Backboard. Dish is in original design from Tess! 0428 847 681 - call whenever! 07.01.2022 Forever in love with our new Ambrose desk! #blackheartsassafras is such a stunning timber, there truly is nothing like it out there. Combined with #tasmanianblackwood for the leg base and drawer handles, it makes for a beautiful contrast. Heavily inspired by the work of famous Danish architect @bodil_kjaer_design - this desk design was featured in a number of Bond films and countless other media placements. It is potentially the most iconic desk design of all time. The Danes always get it right.

05.01.2022 Another compilation of our new dining table! Usually furniture makers put an emphasis on the table top, rather than the legs on which it stands - we tried something different, an approach that would combine the both and also add a great feature to the top of the table. The common denominator and decider when purchasing an item like this usually comes down to Fashion Vs Comfort. Weve maintained both with this design. The leg join with no side rails allows carver chairs to slip right under, the dining table legs are sleek, allowing more seating space and of course, its a stunning design.
