23.01.2022 Here are a couple of the jobs we had in the shop today! This tough Holden Colorado came in for its scheduled Logbook service and checkover. Using top quality Penrite Oil and Ryco Filters ! Holden Cruze came in for a service and to diagnose the vehicle running rough. After a couple tests we found the Coil pack to be faulty. A new set of spark plugs and coil pack and this cruze it back to crusing on the roads ;) ... Great Wall V240 came in for a service and to have a couple of repairs done. We fixed a leaking rocker cover gasket which was leaking down the back and sides of the engine and also into the spark plug tubes! After cleaning out the tubes and replacing the gasket we fit new spark plugs. We also replaced a leaking radiator and replaced some metal on metal front brakes. 21.01.2022 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart came in for its scheduled Logbook service and check over. Our customer noted that under acceleration he could here a whistling noise and every now and then the engine light would come on. After a quick check on the scan tool we found a MAP Sensor fault and quick diagnosis found a split hose. We replaced the hose with new, cleared the codes and this lancer is good as new! #Ambrosioautomotive #familybusiness #supportsmallbusinesses

We replaced Front brake rotors and brake pads, Fuel filter and repaired a coolant leak coming from the radiator hose. 14.01.2022 A couple of hilux's too finish of the week! Hilux in to have the clutch replaced with a Heavy duty clutch kit. While we had the flywheel off for machining we noticed the rear main seal was starting to leak. We fitted a genuine Toyota rear main seal. We also replaced the stater motor as it was faulty. This hilux is set to head away for the weekend! Hilux in with an engine oil leak. We found the crankshaft seal was leaking. We replaced the seal along with a couple parts... which were faulty. This hilux is ready to hit the tracks this weekend! Holden Barina in to have some engine mounts replaced, after they had collapsed and was causing a nasty vibration throughou...t the vehicle. VW Jetta in for a service and check over, we replaced the engine oil and oil filter. During the inspection we found the Air filter and cabin filter badly blocked, we found an engine oil leak coming from the sump so we removed cleaned up and resealed.
