He LOVES cats You’ll find this creative searching for the best-hidden locations around Melbourne, or at Burwood Adventist Church. How did you get into photography? Back in 2014, I had an Instagram dedicated to my book reading where I started to get creative with all my different shots of books I was reading. Eventually, I began to incorporate my friends as models! It was then that I realized how much I loved photographing people and knew it was something I wanted to do for life! Favourite photo? The one I took during Converge Weekend at Stuarts Point! (swipe to see 3rd photo). It’s quite different from my usual style, where I tend to be much closer to the model. I was walking along the beach, having just watched the sunrise, and I noticed there was someone (pretty sure it’s @justin_vdw) wandering on the rocks.I quickly took a few snaps and was so happily surprised with the results! I love how layered the shot turned out, with the ocean in the foreground, rocks, and Justin as the subject, and then the sunrise-lit sky as the background. Tell us about a rewarding experience you had recently? Probably being told by a friend of mine that I helped kickstart her modeling career by doing a photoshoot with her, back in 2015!
