24.01.2022 Let's Reconnect Ladies we are planning a catch up Wed 21/10 6.45 In an effort to keep Covid safe we will be sourcing a public venue so in this endeavour we need to understand who is ready to come back who would be planning to come so we can ensure we can accommodate At this stage we are looking at a private room at Camden Valley Inn but we will confirm. We will have nibblies and you can grab a coffee,drinks at the bar. We know there are some new members that are looking to ...connect without group and we welcome them to come. In this case it is important for you to respond via PM or a simple Yes in comments. We all have different needs and concerns and understand that Covid impacts people differently. So there is no pressure if your not ready and if your not but feel you need to reach out for a friendly ear please PM the group Facebook so we can find a way to support you. I hope your all doing well in what has been a very difficult year.

19.01.2022 Hi ladies with a few of us succumbing to the flu and colds and with the uncertainties of the corona epidemic and in consideration to many of us having compromised immunity, we are going to cancel this months meeting and then regroup next month pending what goes on within our communities over the next few weeks. Please utilise the facebook page if you need to reach out or contact one of the committee. Also if you have any appointments at the Cancer Therapy Centre then give them a call first as some non essential appointments may be done over the phone. Stay well and hopefully we will all get a better idea of this Corona Virus over the coming weeks.

19.01.2022 To our newest member Andrea. Wishing you well today for your first Chemo...We all hope you pull up well. I have had the great pleasure in getting to know Andrea over the past few weeks even getting to be in the bed next to her for our biopsy.. i cant wait for Andrea to be up to joing our group meetings. Hopefully with treatment permitting she can join us in Feb. As much as having new members is bad because its another woman in our community dealing with a Breast Cancer dia...gnosis its good because it means someone else is reaching out to find some extra support,guidance and friendship. We all have a lot to learn and alot to share to make each others cancer reality easier. Some are through treatments and some of us will never be through treatments so any help is good. 11.01.2022 Thanks to all those who attended the first catch up for the year. We had 3 new ladies join us and we welcome you all with open arms and hearts as we get to know you, your stories your trials and tribulations and the little things that bring some joy to your lives. Hoping to see all the new faces and all the old faces in March.. The purpose of our meeting is to give support. To give a us all an opportunity to share with others when we feel strong and when we feel vulnerable an...d to learn from each other and well it certainly does not hurt to have a laugh...
