It was designed to combine industry leading service and quality with a 100% altruistic, environmentally conscious, community driven, sustainable model. Since the day it opened, Gratia ensures that individuals can have a more direct and engaged interaction with the charities and causes that are important to them, and the Gratia customer community has grown bigger every year. Gratia’s spirit pa...ved the way for the creation of her sisters, Folonomo and more recently, Symbol and Portal. With four venues in the Pure Collective hospitality sector, Gratia as the foundational venue, is now evolving to further support all the other venues. Over the next month, Gratia will transcend to become Ame Kitchen by Gratia a centralised kitchen that will provide all the catering, Symbol and Portal and also support the growth of the Pure Collective’s emerging catering business. This evolution is the most natural step for Gratia, where, true to her soul, she has quietly created an interconnected world, where every action symbolises an act of gratitude, grace, empathy and compassion.
