For many new mums, the festi...ve season is a special yet challenging time. Having someone at the other end of the phone to listen and provide support can make a huge difference. Last December alone, the Helpline received 5160 calls from Australian families in need. This year ABA has been focused on expanding our support services, which also includes our recently launched app, Mum2Mum. The National Breastfeeding Helpline operates throughout ...the festive season and into the new year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sometimes one phone call with a trained Breastfeeding Counsellor can be enough to help a mother continue to breastfeed her baby. The Breastfeeding Helpline is one of a wide range of services provided by ABA. Funds are vital in helping us to continue to run and expand these important services.
