25.01.2022 So i started at 79.9 and now down in the 72's ( forgot to take a pic this morning) but its going down and although i have been on 72 for two weeks, i can see a loss in my clothes so i am happy.... goal dress can now do up and i just can't wait till i have room to move in it...
