14.01.2022 This is exactly the attitude I try to have. I admire other womens bodies, and what they can do with them, I love seeing strong, healthy, fit women in the world. But only I can do what I can do with MY body. Its the one thing I can control. Envying someone elses figure or body for what it can do is a waste of good energy! Admire it, dont envy it! And then do YOUR best :-) Use it as motivation!

14.01.2022 Exercise helps you control weight, combat health conditions and diseases (take me for example who has increased bone density thanks to weight training, and as a coeliac, thats important!!), improve mood, boost energy levels and promote better sleep!

03.01.2022 City 2 Surf 2014 with my gorgeous man, and despite not having the most committed training regime, managed to run it 32 seconds faster than last year! Definitely feeling the effects today, but looking forward to the next event. The post run high and sense of accomplishment make todays discomfort worth it :-) Over indulging a little, back to healthy eating tomorrow ;-)
02.01.2022 Even as a diagnosed coeliac, I agree with the gluten free one :-) There are no quick fixes, just make better choices!!
