08.01.2022 IMPORTANT CLAYTONS NATS CLASSIC AND MUSCLE CAR CRUISE INFO... Well I'm now officially excited about tomorrow's " Claytons Summernats cruise ". I've spoken to ...the head of ACT POLICE TRAFFIC and he is more than happy with us cruising, as long as we don't be dickheads. I told him we will filter them out ourselves if we have to but I'm not expecting to see any. No burnouts will be tolerated as we all want to cruise everyday without any problems. I have spoken to TCC and they are also very happy with our plans and intentions. The AFP have asked me to mention that if your car is either unregistered or unroadworthy, come for a cruise in ya mates car instead... Also they have asked us to cruise in single file in the left lane only which I think is a cool idea as we are in no rush to get anywhere. We will also have a QR code that everyone must scan on their phone when your parking. If you are from a hotspot or been to Sydney recently, please don't even bother showing up. We are also asking that we all be very covid conscious. Less hand shakes, more elbow taps please. We will be parking people from 10am, no earlier and we will begin our cruise as close to 11 as possible. There won't be any food or drink avaliable at the pitstop. We are cruising from oldest at the front to newest at the back. It will make a great video. The start point will be known as the pits. So if you go and get a bite to eat go back to the pits n eat it and then re join the cruise. Cheers and here's to a great few days of cruising with mates, old and new

01.01.2022 Hi Fellow American Car Owners/Lovers...I am a member of the Pontiac Club (QLD) and I have a car space for the upcoming Cooly Rocks event at Coolangatta for the weekend of 9-10th June. The car space is in Zone 1 (Green Zone) on Marine Parade, car space 9041. Unfortunately, I have committed to competing at the Noosa Winter Challenge Hillclimb event in my racecar, which this year has moved to the same weekend!!! If anyone is interested in taking over my Cooly Rocks car space, or knows someone who may be interested, please PM me. The entry cost me $90 and includes an entrants T-shirt etc. Thank you for taking the time to read this, and for any help or suggestions that you can give.
