22.01.2022 In Loving Memory of Leanne Williams 14.12.1963 to 02.11.2018 If you didn’t know Leanne or were not touched by Leanne’s affectionate charm and funny sense of h...umour then you truly didn’t know Leanne. She was a passionate pony enthusiast and loved her spotty ponies so much. Penny and Nubes were her heart ponies. I met Leanne when I started showing Miniature Horses and she was always there to lend a hand and full of knowledge and advice. Leanne was the most kindest person I had ever met at that time in my life, all the antics we would get up to at Nationals, the Royal and local shows. We would have a drink or 20 hahaha, never a dull moment at all, we would roll around laughing over the most stupidest things and just be high on life. Leanne had a small group of friends that she truly did love and would do anything for them not matter what she was battling. We all miss Leanne, forever in our heart. Leanne lost her battle with cancer on the 02.11.2018 and this was truly a sad day for everyone, and most of all we knew we would not see her again. The Memorial Award has been added to the AMHS WA Program starting from this year’s state show and will be ran ever year from here on out. This award has been sponsored by the Ronci Family who were very good friends of Leanne’s. I would like to personally thank Michelle & Rino for allowing AMHS WA to have the Leanne Williams Memorial Award, we are very honoured. Thank you Michelle Avery for sponsoring the Garland which are in Leanne’s Colours purple and Gold Thank you Sunset Rugs for making the rug Reading; If I should die before the rest of you Break not a flower nor inscribe a stone Nor, when I am gone, speak in a Sunday voice, Weep if you must Parting is hell, But life goes on. 15.01.2022 Good Morning Members An email has just been sent to all current financial members. Please read as soon as possible. Msg or email committee if you cannot find your email. Only 56% of members read the last email relating to AGM, so almost half of you are missing out on keeping up with our activities. It makes it very difficult for National Committee if a large number of members are out of touch with us. Please FIND, READ & RESPOND!!

15.01.2022 We just want to let everyone know our AMHS Fundraising Page is still active & awaiting your participation. There are already two active raffles on there. 1 The ...multidraw $100 CASH raffle. Lots of tickets sold, but plenty still available. Winners will have $100 cash deposited straight into your nominated account to spend as you wish. 2 The Darla Designs Rug Package Raffle generously donated by Darla Designs. Check out package details - its a very generous offer. All profit is being donated to our National Show Fundraising Campaign. More ticket sales wanted there too. In the next few days there will be more dips posted for your purchase. Don't forget family and friends as well. anyone is eligible to participate. Keep one eye on the page all the time. We are looking for more items to be donated to raffle on this page. Please approach local stores, produce agents & any one else who would like some National publicity via our FB & website for their business. All donors will be featured in our acknowledgments. Horse, Mini Horse-related or not is not important - just items people would be happy to own for a few $$$ that we can use for dips or raffles and would mean great promotion for the donor businesses, well as generate income for the Show. Leanne was a patienate mini pony lover and loved her penny and nubes so much, she was a beautiful soul inside and out. We will always love and miss Leanne dearly. ...
