24.01.2022 Amicus and the Touchline Institute are proud to present ‘Change, Actually’ - An introduction to #Touchline. In a bootcamp style virtual workshop, you will learn to use ‘Touchline’ by jumping in and getting hands on. You’ll identify an experiential / cultural ‘moment’ that you want to see happen more frequently and reverse engineer this moment to a series of contextual changes across what we call the three ‘Touchlines’ physical, information flow, and shared understandings. ... 19.01.2022 Many organisations are now deep in conversation about the purpose of the office. Do we instruct workers to return? Do we abandon the office entirely, as some have done already, and just meet occasionally? While no doubt many leaders themselves are enjoying the absence of a daily commute, we know instinctively that the office has a purpose. Defining this is the key challenge. Workplace Strategist Lisa Justice shares her insight. Learn more: https://bit.ly/2JxDhMj

13.01.2022 The transition to a cohesive vibrant work environment. Zip has continued to grow since our handover of levels 13 and 14 back in early 2018. We joined forces once again in late 2019 on their acquisition of level 10. Green spaces flow throughout, dispersed with bright quirky murals and message walls. The hanging chairs in the collaboration zone have been a big hit, frequently serving as an informal meeting space. The ‘bleacher' style seating in the town hall area is a fun alte...rnative space to gather socially and foster cross-functional team collaboration. 10.01.2022 We throwback to 2018 with one of our favourite projects! With a mission to create knowledge for tomorrow’s transport challenges and solutions for today, ARRB - your National Transport Research Organisation - wanted to define their own strategies and create their own standards across their industry through a complete #workplacetransformation. We understood the importance of this partnership with ARRB, to not only support the ongoing cultural and brand change process but also ...to design and build an environment that will help to strengthen their position as industry leaders, creating a space that will foster #innovation and provide a workplace that will attract and retain the best talent. The environment has been designed to be dually functional, effectively utilising the space to its best advantage. The impact of efficient service and space optimisation has already been huge. Teams that have been with the company for 15 years who previously had not interacted are now working cohesively and collaboratively. With world-class research labs and state-of-the-art facilities, the National Transport Research Centre and Headquarters will be where ARRB shapes Australia’s transport future. 06.01.2022 Next on our list - EFM Logistics; an environment that ticks every box. From the initial creative workshop with design partner Made For., it was clear that EFM Logistics were adamant to deliver their team an environment that catered to all of their needs of an #active, #modern #workplace. Quiet rooms for high focused work, designated touch down and town hall spaces and considered #collaborative zones and #socialspaces, such as their internal cafe. 04.01.2022 Humdrum warehouse turned #hub for #creativity and #collaboration. Another fantastic project celebrating #flexibility and #agility - Star Scientific. The key driver for the Star Scientific Berkeley Vale project was to not only replicate the services at their previous premises but to provide flexibility for impending growth, future-proofing the space.... It was critical we understand the workflow process and how adjacent laboratories integrated. With a focus on flexibility, the concept was modular by design, providing an abundance of workspaces and moveable joinery pieces.
