A group of people that have maintained their innate energy and interaction levels through the recent difficult times. They are aiming to be their best version in 2021 through communication, collaboration and using their positive energy to be amazing. We investigated Mindset, Personal Impact, COVID Impacts, Communication styles through DISC and obstacles that can hold us back. 08.01.2022 Get it Done. Be Productive. SPRINTING Some helpful tips that selfishly work for me, hopefully also for you. Eliminate poor or old habits and then develop new ones. Most habits are old so hence the reference, maybe time to refine them.... Work in sprints. Singular focus, set a time frame, remove distractions, and hit the GO button. If you work in a marathon you will surround yourself with distractions. Set a timer and bring it on for completion Distractions People- leave me alone while I am sprinting. Be narrowly focused just for this short time Phone- yes you can turn it off. If unsure ask someone to do it for you Meetings- does it really need to happen. Set clear objectives and SPRINT the meeting Have a fun and smile while you are SPRINTING
