23.01.2022 Fundraiser for ‘Hope in a Suitcase’ Hey Guys. I’m organising a fundraiser to help support Hope in a Suitcase. I would like to put together suitcases for a... 2yr old girl, 2yr old boy, 4yr old girl & 4 yr old boy. If you would like to donate any items to go towards filling these for Foster children please send me a message. Also if anyone would like to help by putting their own suitcases together or other businesses would like to help please let me know. What is Hope in a Suitcase? Hope in a Suitcase Australia is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers who are incredibly passionate about showing every child in the foster care system that they are loved and valued by their community. We aim to do this by giving them a suitcase of their very own to ensure they have a safe and secure place in which to pack their belongings and take with them wherever their journey may lead. The suitcases are filled with essential items such as toiletries, (sanitary items for the older girls), underwear, a set of pyjamas and a change of clothing. They also include something to cuddle for the younger children, a book to read, a journal or colouring-in books and pencils to encourage creativity and provide a distraction away from their turmoil.

04.01.2022 WHEAT BAGS Do you suffer with aches and pains? Have you tried using a Wheat Bag to help ease them?... The heat in the wheat bag helps to increase blood flow to the area.
