23.01.2022 Love a baby in the studio!!! Practicing her home exercises in our #postnatal rehab session today. This lovely, mummy of 3 (!) with her newest cute little addition Lucy . ... Very happy with her progress - becoming stronger and more connected with each passing week! Using oppositional feedback with the simplest piece of rehab equipment you could ask for - the floor! To locate the deep primary fascial slings and develop appropriate recruitment of pelvic floor muscles, trans abs and coordinated diaphragmatic breath. Maintaining lumbo-pelvic stability without bracing / bearing out and safely moving into the early post natal phase - encouraging continued retraction of the abdominal wall and diastasis closure.
