23.01.2022 TOURNAMENT PLAYERS Happy to let you all know that we are going to be having our dinner at Ryan's Restaurant again this year, who were fantastic last year. Please call or email them and say you're attending the baddy tournament and it's under 'Jess'. They have newly furnished rooms so if you want modern, don't hesitate to ask ... Menu will be sent out ASAP!

19.01.2022 SMASHING!!! Hello everyone we have been given confirmation we can start baddy again however there are still some guidelines we need to follow. Hopefully when Phase 5 begins on July 18 these guidelines will be lifted but until then..... *Please adhere to the 1.5m social distancing rule. *An attendance register will be at the entrance. Please complete all sections of it. This is a requirement of hire of PCYC and is in addition to our club attendance register *You will not be ab...le to use the drink fountain so please bring your own waterbottle. *Please bring the correct money so there is as little handling as possible. *Only Sam and I (Michelle) to do the board until all restrictions are lifted. The committee will have a meeting to discuss AGM date, 2020/2021 membership and tournament within the next 2 weeks. We will still endeavour to hold our tournament. 10.01.2022 Hello everyone we are planning on holding our AGM on Tuesday September 8 at 7.15pm at PCYC. We are not sure which room we will use yet as the one we usually use is too small due to COVID regulations. Any apologies please email/text/fb message me. Great news - our tournament is at capacity and is only 15 sleeps away! There will be a list on the board as of this week for all playing members to put their name down if they are able to contribute something for the afternoon tea on Sunday. The committee is appreciative of your support. Michelle Watson

08.01.2022 We will be starting badminton at 7.00pm Tuesday for the next two weeks (school holidays). Too much badminton is not enough!

08.01.2022 I regret to inform players that Amity Badminton Club night on Tuesday will be cancelled until further notice due to the escalating risk of Coronavirus. The decision is based on the latest advice and in line with recommendations from local sporting bodies. Sorry for the short notice, we will keep you updated. Stay safe and healthy and hope to see you all on court in the near future. Sam Graham President
