23.01.2022 We have received confirmation of what treatments we are allowed to do once we open. This does state we are aloud to provide waxing treatments along with nails and lashes However spray tanning isn’t aloud until stage 2. I will be able to then accept tattooing clients from the 13th of June. I will be working through previously booked clients before excepting new ones so please be patient.

14.01.2022 | SEE YOU SOON! | Attention clients, please read the following information As the Queensland government has given Beauty Therapy the all clear to resume work, we will be opening the salon doors on Monday the 18th of May. However these new restrictions from our understanding DO NOT allow us to perform all of our treatments quite yet.... Referring to Annastacia Palaszczuk’s Roadmap to easing Queensland’s restrictions; Stage 1 allows beauty therapy and nail salons Stage 2 allows beauty therapy, nail salons and spas Stage 3 allows beauty therapy, nail salons, spas, waxing, tanning and tattoo parlors From our understanding this means that we can only trade offering a selection of treatments. From the 18th of May, we will only be taking bookings for Hand and Foot therapy, Eyelash Extensions and from my understanding Tinting Therapy. Waxing, tanning and all tattooing will unfortunately have to wait until stage 3 is announced. As we are still trying to understand all the new changes ourselves, please be patient with us. This however may change in the future if we receive any direct confirmation in regards to our services. Now that all the legal requirement talk is out of the way, I bet everyone is wondering ‘when will I get in?’ As we want to try having a calm reopening, we will only be accepting existing clients until things get back to normal. Feel free to get in contact with us in regards to your appointments but I do wish to keep it as fair as possible but also helping those clients with the need for certain days or times, as I know some people’s flexibility with appointments may be harder than others. As my appointments often require 2-3 week follow up appointments, I will try stick to the weeks you were previously on. I know everyone wants to get their treatments done as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that Megan is only one therapist and will do as much as she can to accommodate everyone. Your turn will come. After much consideration, we have also decided to change our opening hours from here forward. Monday the 18th of May we will begin our trading but will only work through till Friday the 22nd of May (closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday). The following week is when our new opening hours will be applied. We will now be closed alternating Saturdays, meaning 2 Saturdays each month. Therefore Tuesday the 26th of May through till Saturday the 30th of May, but then the following week will only trade from Tuesday the 2nd of June till Friday the 5th of June. This means we will be open only 9 days a fortnight. Normal trading hours will still be in place. We can’t wait to see you xx
