Since starting my wellness lifestyle with essential oils my blood test results have confirmed that my cholesterol has decreased and my blood sugar control is almost within normal limits. My doctors words were whatever it is you are doing, keep doing it. That’s all the proof I need! Feeling a bit excited about it all.

21.01.2022 This whole corona virus dilemma reminds me of being pregnant. Every day it went on there was less you could go out and do. It got bigger over time. You learnt the art of waiting patiently and having limits on what you could do or eat. There remained a light at the end of the tunnel (for Bub it was being born, for mum it was nursing Bub, in the case of the corona virus it is still being able to hug your loved ones).... Like being pregnant, this will teach patience and limits, but there will also be a great reward at the end of all this! This dilemma has also emphasised all the good in the world, so many communities have united to help each other (like family around an expectant mum), and kindness is being spread!
