18.01.2022 Ever eat too much for Sunday lunch?? . . . If you’re into cheat meals on Sunday or it’s the day you normally catch up with family (and food), I’ve got a little tip for you. ... . . I normally have digestive enzymes with meals but ran out recently - so say hallo to my little friend, Peppermint Beadlets. . . These are 1/4 drop of pure peppermint oil (see next pic) in a tiny bead form and they are always in my bag! . . I took x2 beadlets after eating a little more than usual and felt so good shortly after. Queasy feeling gone and not to mention the bloating. Peppermint for the win . . 08.01.2022 +Melbourne’s Air Quality+ . Up until now the fires were just on TV for a lot of us. Now, we’ve woken to the smell of smoke throughout Melbourne. We have had this blend pumping throughout the house ALL day & it has significantly helped with the sore throat & itchy eyes (after being outside for a bit). With kids at home it has been a blessing to be able to use the diffuser with these oils. I’ve added 2 drops of each and simply refilled as needed. .... Would also recommend the following: Purify, Eucalyptus, Litsea. We’ve also added lemon essential oil in our water for a gentle detox. . Air Filters/Face Masks: 1. If required ensure you grab a P2 mask which specifically filters P2 particulate. . 2. I’ve been researching and Inova Air Purifiers are a good choice as well as AusClimate Air Purifier. Dyson does NOT come recommended as it’s just a big fan rather than a purifier. . Detox 1. Will also be adding Zendocrine (detox blend from DoTerra) for another level of protection. I’ve added 20 drops to a 10ml roller and topped with Fractionated Coconut Oil. It supports the body’s natural ability to rid itself of unwanted substances (remember fine smoke particles can cause a myriad of after effects AND it is a carcinogen). . Stay safe. 04.01.2022 Here is my simple recipe for children fighting a fever. - 2 drops each of peppermint eucalyptus... lavender in a 10ml roller bottle and topped off with fractionated coconut oil. If you don't have eucalyptus then peppermint & lavender will be just as good. I roll this combination on my kids feet and spine every hour on the hour when they are fighting off infection and fevering. To mum's who are used to Panadol as a first step to fighting fever, this is a simple swap to support your children without having nasty side effects. My children who are 4, 4 & 2 years old suffered badly with diarrhoea & stomach pains when taking Panadol. Yours might be in the same boat. But mumma, there are alternatives out there.
