20.01.2022 Important announcement... We have been in frequent communication with our suppliers and always assured that we will get what we need when we need it. Unfortunately, due to the impact of Coronavirus, supply chains have been heavily impacted and they are temporarily unable to provide us with some essentials which sadly means we are being brought to a devastating grinding halt. For the immediate future we are unfortunately unable to take any more macaron cake or cake orders unt...il things return to normal or the supply chain issue resolved. This is a very upsetting blow as business was booming and we were inundated with orders daily. In the coming weeks we will be running some sales on macarons only as we use up what little we have left. This will be very limited and we will not be taking orders for them at this stage. Keep your eye on our page for updates and flash sales. Moving forward we hope to have everything back to normal asap but we do not have a timeline. We will keep you informed and updated as always with the plan to open orders again as soon as we can. In the meantime we kindly request no PMs but do feel free to comment below. 17.01.2022 'C' for Coronavirus The other day we were honoured to make a macaron cake for the dedicated staff in the Virology laboratory in ICPMR at Westmead hospital. They were the first lab in NSW to start testing Coronavirus and have been working around the clock for months to bring rapid results to the community. Thanks to all the laboratory staff, as well as all others who are truly working on the frontline.

We will have mixed boxes of shades of pink macarons available. - 12 macarons per box - just $20 per box - gift boxes come with a ribbon - all macarons different shades of pink - each box will have several Choc caramel, Lemon meringue, Passion fruit and Pistachio - pickup this Friday any time after 3pm and Saturday between 9am and 1pm We apologise that there are less options than usual and we do have very limited numbers we can make due to the shortages and issues explained in our previous post. We were essentially using up what little ingredients we have left so these may be the final macarons available for some time so if you're after our delicious macarons, mother's day or not, reserve your boxes fast! 08.01.2022 SOLD SOLD SOLD We have just 4 boxes of 24 macarons available for pick up this Friday. This is literally the last of our ingredients at the moment so we cannot commit to any further orders just yet nor know when we will bake again. ... If you're after a box to enjoy with the family we have just 4 and I suspect these will be snapped up very quickly! 24 macarons per box, they are a mixture of different random colours and have 6 random different flavours. $40 per box! Might be the last opportunity for a while. Do not hesitate if you want them! PM to secure 1 of 4 boxes only. I will mark sold as soon as all spoken for.
