13.01.2022 Dear clients, As we are entering the busier part of the year, we please ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, this is so we are able to consult with you and start your treatment on time so you are able to enjoy the full pamper! Unfortunately if you do arrive late we will only be able to treat you in the scheduled time we have allowed, which may mean treatment times being cut short. If you need to cancel your appointment we require 48 hours notice of can...cellation. If you do cancel and need to reschedule please bare in mind that there may not be another appointment availiable for another 4-6 weeks. As a new business last minute cancellations/no shows really impact our day and also means clients that are trying to book in miss out, so as a courtesy we please ask you give us notice where possible. We are also booking out quickly for eyelash extensions so if you are wanting an appointment for the end of the year please book in now so you dont miss out. 11.01.2022 Important update As per our cancellation policy we are again reminding clients to please try and give 48hrs notice of cancellation. No shows- we understand life gets busy, however this has a huge impact on small business so please ensure you are receiving our reminder text messages to remind you of your appointment. Also, please don’t leave it until you receive your reminder text message to call and cancel as we cannot guarantee we will be able to fit you in for another appointment straight away. Due to this being the busiest part of the year we are constantly trying to accommodate people and fit people in however this results in other people missing out on appointments if people fail to show up resulting in unnecessary time being wasted.
