23.01.2022 This car and caravan combo required a few wiring upgrades to allow charging of the van battery while driving, the addition of some proper circuit protection to prevent any potential disasters and a couple of sockets in the cars tub to run his fridge (gotta keep the brews cold on a trip). #bendigoinstaller #ampedautoinstallations #getamped #supportlocal

14.01.2022 Check out the new Sony XAV-AX8000 headunit! It is equipped with a massive 8.95" screen, reverse camera input, bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, etc, etc but is still based on a single din chassis. While it is very simple to use it does have plenty of features and heaps of adjustability to suit most cars.

09.01.2022 Here is a job that ive had in the workshop for the past 2 weeks (worked on around other bookings). When it arrived it was full of unwanted audio components and had a mass of excess wiring that had been poorly added over the years. I removed the whole audio system, removed all of the excess wiring and tidied up what was left, remounted the batteries, etc and refitted 4 new 6.5" marine speakers and a new DNA marine headunit with AM/FM radio, USB and bluetooth to bring it all up to date. #caraudio #bendigoinstaller #supportlocal #ampedautoinstallations #getamped

01.01.2022 This is one of my recent caravan installs completed. It came to me with basically no 12v system and it has now been fitted with 2 x 85ah AGM batteries, solar charging, Projecta DC-DC charger, 3000 watt invertor, Projecta 240v mains battery charger, volt gauge, accessory sockets, multiple USB points, Bluetooth multimedia stereo and speakers, etc. I also upgraded all 12v and 240v lighting to LED, added an outside table to the side of the van and custom built a portable stereo system with USB charging points, accessory sockets, volt gauge, etc that is powered from an Anderson plug so it can be used outside the van, from the car or anywhere else that has power supplied through an Anderson plug. #getamped #ampedautoinstallations #bendigoinstallations #bendigocaraudio #caravanupgrades #shoplocal #supportlocal
