14.01.2022 HAPPINESS What a great time to sit back and think about the things that make us happy, and even in these times how we can still embrace them! It may be hard not seeing our loved ones with the current rules in place, so, why not try facetiming a little more often.... Exercise can be a tough one, but think back to where you started, the progress you made and why your doing it! Food...I don't need to go into that one, we all know and love food Outdoors can be tricky at the moment but how about playing that game on your phone out on the back grass or deck? Fresh air, sun and fun! Animals!!! My current obsession, watching @thedodo rescue videos! Many of happy tears! Games, sooo many new downloads! Current love 'idle gym tycoon' where you upgrade and build new gyms areas and earn a ridiculous amount of money (if only was real). Books, sooo many interesting books, my motivation to read is a little less than playing games but hey, there's a new goal for me, read more!! What makes you happy? Any of the above? 12.01.2022 2020 This year's major goals for me include dialing it back a bit and focusing on the everyday things that often get forgotten! Realistic goals for me at the moment are based on a weekly time frame, Eg: complete this week's uni work, train 3 times, allow "me time" etc ... I am going to be kinder on myself and not have such large expectations and ask for help when I need it or give when asked for I'm going to strive for better which at the moment is my Uni work and actually believe I can and will do well, again will ask for help when need be! Little things that can influence a more positive lifestyle! What are you doing in 2020 for YOU?!

Welcoming AMPED PERFORMANCE, we still cater to individual needs and training styles, only now we have NEW package offers, merchandise and a whole lot of opportunity!... A huge thanks to everyone that has helped grow Amare Fitness to this level, I look forward to continuing our sessions together and smashing more goals in 2020!
01.01.2022 STAYING POSITIVE There's a few simple things we can all do to keep positive during self isolation. Instead of seeing it as a bad lets look at all the positives! ... Waking up early can help keep us in routine and avoid spending all day in bed. Eating good nutritious foods can help us stay energised and not feeling lethargic and guilty. Going outdoors into our backyards, verandahs etc not only helps keep our vit D up and fresh air. But can have a brighter impact on our days. Cleaning the house can help leave us feeling accomplished and who doesn't love some clean sheets anyway Dancing, singing, playing games are all good ways to have fun! Turn that music up and as the saying goes, "dance like no one is watching, sing as though no ones listening". Call your family and friends, make sure they are doing okay! Did they also watch that scandalous show last night? What's their opinion? Exercise!! Bodyweight is great, you can play around with tempos making the exercise harder, if you have basic equipment at home Great! Get inventive, that old pair of Lorna Jane tights that are to big or to small now but can't throw away because they cost a pretty penny - tie the ankles together and you have a make shift stretchy band! Create something you've wanted to try for a while. Paint a picture, write a song, build a stool. Study for your next exam or quiz! Now is the perfect time to get ontop of all the study you've been putting off because you went out for dinner or worked an extra shift, can guarantee you will feel better afterwards for getting it done!
