This month we’re at Robina Town Centre, next month we’re at Grand Central Toowoomba, and we’ll reveal a little more as we go ;) Hyperdome Logan in Sept/ Oct. These gorgeous hyper detailed creatures are the result of a tonne of work from some very hard working people who I am proud to collaborate with, and call my good friends. This beautiful creature, our Australian Swallowtail Butterfly, utilizes around 2500 pixel mapped LED lights, is motion sensor activated, and is entirely custom made. Especially proud of Steve Crossley and the team for the excellent effort for our pre border shutdown installation two weeks ago. Insects are considered to be essential components of many food chains and ecosystems. What this means is if insects disappear, lots of plants die out, lots of human crops fail, and lots of animals die too. In many parts of the world, insect populations are being monitored and are recorded by scientists as being in decline.
