This Christmas we want to give hope to Australians battling tough times. 2020 has been a difficult year even more so for those already experiencing hardship. Here are some things Shane says are essential to maintain the safety of your home and family during a storm.... Ensure you have safety switches installed on your switchboard. Know how to turn off your solar system as per the manufacturers instructions. Know how to turn off your mains power in case needed. Consider installing a generator as an alternative to electricity should power go down for an extended period of time. Prepare your storm emergency kit.
