22.01.2022 LATEST CHANGES TO FUEL TAX CREDITS The carbon charge has been removed for fuel acquired from 1 July 2014. This means fuel tax credits will: * increase for many off-road activities * no longer be available for non-transport gaseous fuels used in specified agriculture, fishing or forestry activities.... Fuel tax credit rates are not changing due to the government's proposed indexing of excise duty rates. You can keep up to date with the changes on our website. We've attached a list of your clients who are currently registered for fuel tax credits and have made a claim in the last two years. WHAT YOU CAN DO Please pass this information on to your clients to assist them in making the correct claim in their business activity statement (BAS).
