12.01.2022 Much work over the years is evident here in this fish eye picture of the Victorian Branch layout Stonnington Valley.

11.01.2022 Modelling Hornby railroad has helped me grow from receiving the Flying Scotsman train set to turning it into the 7 car train it is today 12 months later, fitted... with NEM Kadees, metal wheels and still making most of the value of enjoyment. (Note, the MK 1s are used as transition coaches due to lack of skill to convert LNER teak tension lock couplers to Kadees and lack of high budget to purchase premium LNER teak coach with the NEM pocket.) Photo taken at 2016 December juniors session at Vic Branch. Hope this may inspire younger modellers to pursue their hobby no matter how expensive. See more

05.01.2022 Hi. I was a member of the Victorian branch of AMRA several years ago as well as a member of the Melbourne Model Railway Society. Nowadays I am concentrating on the latter. Would you be so kind as to publish a unique project that I am doing in Bass, Victoria. My long term aim is to offer it to the community of Bass. This link will tell all. https://gippslandmodeltrains.weebly.com You could either just provide the link in your newsletter and/or write a short story about it using snippets from the website. Thank you, Ian Cole.
