25.01.2022 Almost done. Multiple delays from suppliers have put us about a week behind but we are close to being done. Kitchen goes in this week and the tiles should arrive to finish up the bathrooms.

22.01.2022 Bathroom reno underway at One Mile. New walls going in, new tiles, re-trim and paint, then add some modern fixtures to help the client sell the property. Should be fun!

19.01.2022 New tank installed at North Ippy. With these cheap tanks and kits available now, it's barely worth repairing your old system, but keep in mind, you get what you pay for. I have installed a lot of these now without issue, but I don't expect they will last the 20+ years the old Caroma did.

07.01.2022 AMR Home Services no longer hires sub-contractors for any work. If we can't take the job on due to time or skill limitations, we will let you know. We have hired a number of subbies over the years to assist with work, and have had to go back on many, many occasions to correct their work as they won't. From now on, when you hire AMR Home Services, you WILL have a direct member of the AMR team attend. Whether it be general repairs, cleaning, lawn and garden etc , our solemn promise to you is that we will PERSONALLY complete the job. Those who know myself and Mel know our word is solid and we stand by our work 100%. The only contractor we now recommend (due to absolutely no issues over the years) is Ipswich Landscaping for all your bigger yard work jobs and tree lopping.

02.01.2022 Don't assume that your gutters don't need to be maintained because you spent a fortune on gutter guard! Here we have a classic example. The owner spent thousands on gutter guard, now we have to spend hours gaining access and cleaning them.
