23.01.2022 FIX-IT FRIDAY 27/11 .... Rosebery Works 'Engine' K model. Post Lockdown engine startup; This engine hasn't been started for a good twelve months or so.

22.01.2022 Last start, the National; We were having starting problems with this one of gumming on the skirt of the piston; Solution, work to bottom of stroke, clean gum off exposed bottom of piston, some lubrication, then work back to starting position. Worked like a charm, well satisfied with Today's effort. The big-end-crank cowl was taken off for this exercise.

22.01.2022 FIX-IT FRIDAY 27/11.... Post Lockdown engine start-up; Chris and Ian got the Lister Junior 'A' up and running. Another engine that has not been run in awhile.

17.01.2022 Post-Lockdown start-up of our bigger engines, last start-up in March; Involves starting up the donkey engine on the Consolidated Pneumatic Compressor, building up air, air starting the Ruston Lincoln Diesel, building up air, air starting the ZA Crossley, air starting the OE 120 Crossley, then air starting the PBAE National. Unfortunately, My footage of the ZA Crossley didn't work out.

07.01.2022 FIX-IT FRIDAY 27/11.... The fuel tank of the Crossley OE 120 was drained and cleaned; Ross mounted one of the old drill-presses on a post behind the laundry equipment; Chris and Ian had some stationary engines running; See our clips of these.
