23.01.2022 Is Communication the secret sauce? Large Mould Projects with multiple phases and several tenancies require lots and lots of timely and clear communication. Managing timelines, teams onsite and most of clearance makes for challenges outside of the physical work we perform. Something we are always looking to refine. Well done to Ken Koa and the team for delivering a very challenging site on time, on budget and with a first time PRV clearance in a Heritage listed site. 16.01.2022 We have been faced with 100's of water damages this month, from very large multi office, factory sites to small residential claims.
