21.01.2022 COVID 19 TRASHES PRIVATE ENTERPRISE No-one could have ever imagined that any virus could so damage the world. In particular the private enterprise business wor...ld. Virtually everything has shut down. Many businesses will stay closed and never recover. This hurts me because all my working life, I was a part of this. Those unaffected are public servants, ABC staff, bureaucrats and politicians. The 2 latters on very fat salaries. My industry was the Coin-Operated Amusement Machine industry, a relatively small industry. Most operators have jukeboxes, pinballs, video games and other types installed in a range of premises including hotels and clubs. Amusement centres too. All these venues have been and still remain closed. Therefore all the equipment sits on floors not earning a cracker. These are small business owners many of whom cannot survive. Dreadful! Probably little or no assistance from Governments. My company was Automatic Music Distributors (SA) and from which came Downtown Leisure Centre, Magic Mountain and other entities. The private sector crisis saddens me so deeply. See more

04.01.2022 Hi All Pinball Players in Adelaide. Amusement Worx are sorry to say that all tournaments including this months on the 31st are cancelled until further notice . We took advise from Dr V Rossis who runs the ED department in one of our state hospitals . He advised that social distancing is a must and we should all take this virus seriously just over this weekend we saw the states total of cases double. So stay safe and aware . 02.01.2022 We have been wanting to reopen for Pinball Tournament for this December and to thank every one and to check in with all the players , but it won't happen due to the Covid and Govenment saying no no no . But the funny thing is, they allow the pokies to open and Casino to stay open. We really need some help to be able to reopen for Parties and Tournaments so please share to your page and share on .
