25.01.2022 Here is Adams custom AMVE 4X4 tray having the final test fit before going to powdercoat. This build has a number of custom products starting with the alloy lasercut dog box, angled flush mounting toolboxes front and rear with built in water and diesel fillers. Up the middle is a 240 litre alloy diesel tank with a 30 litre stainless watertank and dual battery holder at the rear. This heavy duty aluminium tray is built strong with a 5mm alloy checkerplate floor and custom side rails. The tray houses two rear angled tool boxes for storage and are lockable with t-locks. The tray sides and toolbox lids are colour coded to the vehicle as per customer specs to suit their raw alloy tray . 22.01.2022 The AMVE 4x4 F250 promo vehicle, or as some of you might call it, the AMVE 4x4 Monster Truck! As you would imagine it has been a long project but that's what you have to deal with when you are looking for the best products. The long list of accessories is just part of the hours that have gone into this build but it sure is one of a kind. As mentioned prior, we started off with the 2017 Ford F250 Platinum 4x4 6.71lt Diesel. The capability both in carrying capacity and power is... unmatchable, and this will have plenty of work ahead with a variety of trips planned. Below is a list of what accessories were fitted: - Kings suspension 3" coil over kit, including radius arm changeover and reset std rear leaf springs; - Airbag man rear airbags; - Fuel 18x9 wheels; - 37x13.5x18 Mickey Thompson MT2 Tyres; - AMVE 4x4 custom aluminium tray with tapered rear channel and one piece mudguard painted in raptor coating; - 4x custom tapered toolboxes with colour coded doors; - Custom rear tyre holder to house 2x37" tyres; - AMVE 4x4 custom canopy with 2x lift up side doors, divider in centre, slide out draws at rear with slide out table; - MSA drop down fridge slide; - 1500mm slide out draw under tray; - 100lt Aluminium water tank with 12 volt pump; - AMVE 4x4 custom made steel side steps; - Road Armour Steel Stealth bar painted in raptor coating; - Bushwacker flares painted in raptor coating; - Blacked out front grill; - Rhino Pioneer platform with modified backbone; - 16500 lb winch fitted in bar at front; - 12000 lb winch fitted in under tray at rear; - ARB twin cylinder air compressor fitted inside toolbox with twin 5lt storage tanks and quick couple at rear of tyres; - Rhino batwing awning; - 80lt Engel fridge. Electrical- this is where the work hours really disappear but neatness is utmost importance. Below is a list of the electrical work: - We have a Redarc BMS unit fitted onto a custom panel to include various outlets for USB, Anderson or Std cigarette sockets; - 2x160 amp hour lithium revolution batteries sitting in box behind fridge; - Solar input via redarc solar blanket; - 240 volt input socket; - 2000 watt redarc inverter; - ARB Linx unit which controls airbag pressures, battery monitor, accessory roof lights and rear lights, all of this inside cab; - 2x Weldex LED spotlights on front bar; - 20" xray double row lighter on front bar; - 40" xray double lighter on rhino platform; - 4x9" LED lights for side view mounted in rhino platform; - 2x9" LED lights mounted into tyre holder; - Rear Strip LED taillights mounted into tray; - Rear Flush Mount reverse lights fitted into tray.

20.01.2022 Heres Johns Custom AMVE 4X4 Hilux build completed. This setup included a raw heavy duty alloy tray with checker plate side rails and colour coded side gates. At the rear of the tray was his alloy dog box fabricated in house and fully tig welded. The tray also housed a 1500mm roller draw running underneath as well as the angled underbody toolboxes with colour coded lids for optimal storage. 20.01.2022 What a build this was! This is the finished product of Thomass cruiser. This tray design stood apart from the rest with the dimple died double headboard and coaming rail not just adding strength but giving off that more custom look. The tray also included our custom one piece guards followed by the angled toolboxes with the fuel filler incorporated. Also underneath the tray housed a 60 litre water tank with a 1500mm Roller draw for storage. Once again this tray being finished off with the tough black raptor paint with colour coded toolbox doors and dropsides. 16.01.2022 Heres Mitchells coil converted cruiser with an AMVE 4X4 custom tray. Mitchell opted for the Square headboard on this tray and it suited the 79 so well with the dimple died coaming and angled underbody toolboxes. At the rear of the tray we went with a straight channel to allow room for the rear winch and maxi lamp taillights. The paint job on this tray is second to none using the tough black raptor paint and colour coded white toolbox lids and side gates. 13.01.2022 Another MONSTER F-250 build completed at AMVE 4x4. This custom alloy canopy setup included the one piece guards and underbody 3 angled toolboxes. Underneath the floor of the canopy houses a 1500mm roller draw as well as a 60 litre stainless steel water tank. The fillers for the diesel, ad blue and water tank were recessed and incorporated into the side of the canopy. The fitment of the @msa4x4 fridge slide, @clearviewaccessories pull-out kitchen setup and @rhino4x4 rack was a...ll fitted at AMVE. 08.01.2022 This mint 79 cruiser came back to AMVE 4x4 for an aluminium half canopy and flush mount rear rollerdraw. This tray was built previous to having the canopy fitted and has a 70 litre watertank mounted underneath the tray as well as the custom one piece guards and angled toolboxes. The canopy has been fitted out with a arb rollerdraw and msa fridge slide for the customers arb fridge. The canopy also included a removable jerry can holder that is substituted with the two spare tyres on the rear with custom alloy wheel holders. 05.01.2022 What a MONSTER build this Chevy was!!! The build started with the base alloy canopy and the customer went to town on the internals of this canopy if you can name it this build has it! It is fitted with multiple draws and shelves, slide out stainless kitchen with a weber and sink incorporated. An @msa4x4 drop down fridge slide with a trusty @engelaustralia , underneath the tray houses a 1500mm Roller draw as well as 60 litre 316 stainless steel water tank which is hooked up to... a 12 V pump. We added 2 LED spotlights on our AMVE custom front bar as well as multiple LED lights around the outside of the vehicle. All of which can be controlled through the vehicles @arb4x4 lynx system. For most the customers electrical needs we went with a @redarc_electronics We had the BMS 30 to control the charging of the two lithiums mounted inside, we also added a 2000 watt pure sine wave inverter for 240V. The canopy has our custom 3-angled underbody toolboxes which are fitted with an arb compressor and on the rear boxes having air outlets.
