23.01.2022 Its here!!! Our most recent project, the AMVE 4x4 F250 promo vehicle. As you would imagine it has been a long project but thats what you have to deal with when you are looking for the best products. The long list of accessories is just part of the hours that have gone into this build but it sure is one of a kind. As mentioned prior, we started off with the 2017 Ford F250 Platinum 4x4 6.71lt Diesel. The capability both in carrying capacity and power is unmatchable, and this ...will have plenty of work ahead with a variety of trips planned. Below is a list of what accessories were fitted: - Kings suspension 3" coil over kit, including radius arm changeover and reset std rear leaf springs; - Airbag man rear airbags; - Fuel 18x9 wheels; - 37x13.5x18 Mickey Thompson MT2 Tyres; - AMVE 4x4 custom aluminium tray with tapered rear channel and one piece mudguard painted in raptor coating; - 4x custom tapered toolboxes with colour coded doors; - Custom rear tyre holder to house 2x37" tyres; - AMVE 4x4 custom canopy with 2x lift up side doors, divider in centre, slide out draws at rear with slide out table; - MSA drop down fridge slide; - 1500mm slide out draw under tray; - 100lt Aluminium water tank with 12 volt pump; - AMVE 4x4 custom made steel side steps; - Road Armour Steel Stealth bar painted in raptor coating; - Bushwacker flares painted in raptor coating; - Blacked out front grill; - Rhino Pioneer platform with modified backbone; - 16500 lb winch fitted in bar at front; - 12000 lb winch fitted in under tray at rear; - ARB twin cylinder air compressor fitted inside toolbox with twin 5lt storage tanks and quick couple at rear of tyres; - Rhino batwing awning; - 80lt Engel fridge. Electrical- this is where the work hours really disappear but neatness is utmost importance. Below is a list of the electrical work: - We have a Redarc BMS unit fitted onto a custom panel to include various outlets for USB, Anderson or Std cigarette sockets; - 2x160 amp hour lithium revolution batteries sitting in box behind fridge; - Solar input via redarc solar blanket; - 240 volt input socket; - 2000 watt redarc inverter; - ARB Linx unit which controls airbag pressures, battery monitor, accessory roof lights and rear lights, all of this inside cab; - 2x Weldex LED spotlights on front bar; - 20" xray double row lighter on front bar; - 40" xray double lighter on rhino platform; - 4x9" LED lights for side view mounted in rhino platform; - 2x9" LED lights mounted into tyre holder; - Rear Strip LED taillights mounted into tray; - Rear Flush Mount reverse lights fitted into tray.

We had thousands of people walk through our site and many excellent comments on the quality and finish of the AMVE 4x4 product range. There was an enormous interest in the newly finished AMVE F250, which was a massive drawcard, including our canopy & custom tray, which was fitted with 80lt MSA drop down fridge slide, slide out draws and underbody roller draw. This was our first ever field day to showcase our products, and it wont be the last!

20.01.2022 At AMVE we pride ourselves on building quality strong products and in this case it has saved a valuable customers life. Stefan rolled his landcruiser doing 80km/h and his seat snapped, getting thrown into the back of the car during the rollover. The headboard of the tray acted as a rollbar as the front of the car caved in. The police informed him that if it wasnt for the headboard holding up he wouldnt be alive today. 13.01.2022 Another AMVE 4x4 custom tray has been finalized. It is looking the goods with the metallic graphite finish to colour code the Ute. The tray has been fitted with 4 tie down points on the floor and spare tyre mounted to the headboard with a rhino rack holder, a 100 litre water tank mounted underneath the tray with the filler in front of the headboard and tap at the back of the tray, we incorporated the fuel filler into the toolbox for a flush finish. Built for mine use, this is fitted with a certified ROPS tray, to keep the weight to a minimum we fitted a 5mm aluminium checkerplate floor and heavy duty aluminium dropsides.
