25.01.2022 Love my Body Balance drink! I definitely feel more energy and improved metabolism since taking it. I was worried it would taste fishy as it contains seaweed but it’s actually yummy and a little sweet as it contains cherry juice. 20.01.2022 Got this great quality tuna that my naturopath recommended that is low in mercury. It is tuna belly from the 4 Cousins supermarket in Parkdale, Melbourne. Why should we care if our tuna has a low mercury content? Mercury is a neurotoxin that remains in the brain and body for a long time unless we flush it out consistly with cleansing foods such as coriander (cilantro), parsley and spirulina. You can read more about this in the Medical Medium by Anthony Williams. A very interesting read!

11.01.2022 Remember that rose bush my hubby and I saved from being bulldozed on the empty property on our street? We took it with the owner's permission and planted it in our garden a couple of months back. It was badly neglected when we took it but now it is thriving! So proud. I was thrilled when our first rose on it bloomed a couple of days ago and to discover its colour and fragrance!
