24.01.2022 2009 - 2020 . These photos make me happy, but also pull my heart strings. . On the left;... - unhappy - overweight - unhealthy - took hours to find something to wear, to not even leave the house anyway - bought heaps of clothes to try to make myself feel good, only for it to feel good till I got home and hated what was underneath - not social - in a never ending battle with quick fixes - yo-yo dieting - binge eating - digestive problems - poor gut health - relied on others to exercise, which they’d cancel so I would too - hid what I ate, because I knew it wasn’t helping my situation - found pleasure in emotional eating - mentally bashing myself for my actions - expressed hate to others around me who were succeeding in making changes to their health for the better!!! - low self esteem - no confidence - self hate . Cause I was once a negative human most of the time... and never worked on my mind... but it’s true as you grow, you do grow wiser. . Do you think everything in your life just comes & goes for no particular reason? Or do you believe in the universe and it’s signs... I DO! . I’ll give you an example. A super quick run run...My job was starting to bring hate into life, I was grinding and my passion was gone! I wa...sn’t the person I wanted to be. My mind was tell me to start my own business, its been something that’s entered my mind for 6 years but I kept pushing it away and I really wanted to but didn’t think I had it in me.
