RECIPE ... -1 cup of oats -1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds -1/4 cup of sunflower seeds -1/4 cup of chia seeds -1/4 cup of flax meal -1/4 cup of coconut flakes -1/4 cup of sesame seeds -additional yummies like goji berries, chopped dates, cinnamon, honey, cacao, medicinal mushrooms, dried mango. -place all your ingredients in a large bowl and cover with water or plant milk with about 1 cm extra liquid on top. All the seeds and oats will soak up this goodness! . Soaking the seeds increases their ability to be absorbed by the body therefore more nutrients for you! . 17.01.2022 Let this be your reminder to go outside today! . This photo was actually taken in winter and I was actually very cold. I have never been a big fan of super cold water and can be a bit pathetic really with the cold in general but I have been doing some research into @iceman_hof and it has been brought to my attention the immense benefits dipping into cold water can provide! . increases metabolism... reduces inflammation decreases swelling and sore muscles speeds up recovery after exercise improves sleep more focus improves immunity .
