13.01.2022 CANCELLATION POLICY When you book an appointment with Amy Wright Hairdressing I guarantee you this appointment time. I work by appointment only, therefor I have a limited number of appointments available. I understand that life is unpredictable and our circumstances can change at short notice however I aim to be time efficent & fair to all clients. If you find yourself unable to make your appointment time please allow 24 hours notice to be able to schedule another client ...in. If 24 hours notice isnt given or you dont show up on more then one occasion, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be applied at your next appointment. Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) will only be offered a service that can be for-filled in the remaining time allocated for the original appointment. Cancellation’s and no shows have a significant impact on my scheduled day so thank you for your understanding
