14.01.2022 Normal potatoes have been given a bad wrap when it comes to dieting & fat loss. But when you compare the nutritional/calorie values with sweet potato they are pretty much the same (especially if you buy the low carb white potatoes) So if you prefer white potato, eat it! Don't force yourself to eat something you don't like just because you've been told it's better.
