25.01.2022 After a slight setback last week I’m back on track Enjoyed deadlifts today worked upto 137.5 for a single (heaviest I’ve done since June) followed by back offs @ 110 for 5s. Also got a sneaky bench PB for my bench complex @ 77.5 for triples x 2 block press thank you @carli_dillen

14.01.2022 I wasn’t leaving the gym until I got the 70kg stone over first time doing stones and I was surprised how high the bar was (1.2m-literally my height lol) but it was funn thank you so much Vendy for the training and technique session

13.01.2022 End of workout squats after 55MIN of lower body HIIT my legs were shaking but I needed to squat...so with help got the bar on my back and managed 20 reps @60 before my quads felt like they were going to give way Bring on the next 4 weeks and see what I can do

13.01.2022 Couple of months ago I played around with reverse deadlifts and managed 200kg felt amazing lifting 200kg even after all of the nerves, can’t wait to build over summer and do some strongman training



13.01.2022 Was meant to compete today but instead I did 4 singles @140 (new PBs and RPE-easier than expected) first time hitting over 135 since Nationals (June) last year so pretty stoked and my back isn’t hurting so extra bonus

Got a new 3 RM PB for squats (even though my hip locked at the bottom) Feeling strong and bring on the next 5 weeks but excuse the red face, crazy hair, heavy breathing and neck veins it was early in the morning and 117.5kgs/259lbs
