17.01.2022 Pulled out my hero cape again this morning and headed up to Coorparoo to help a tenant with no hot water If you have a gas system and find you aren’t getting any hot water, the first thing to check is if the pilot light has gone out. Secondly, the tank might need refilling (depending on the system). In this instance, the pilot light had blown out After re-lighting it, I found the dial might have a fault as it was only working on the highest setting. Im arranging our plumber to come to the rescue now! At least our tenants have hot water in the meantime
