19.01.2022 Time to get up and make the most of today! Even if yesterday wasn't the best day for you (maybe you didn't eat well or exercise) don't feel bad anymore, just restart today with a fresh new approach and go kick some goals

18.01.2022 Starting to feel more better then ever! 3 things I encourage you to do: 1. Prepare the night before = meal prep for the day so you can only eat healthy and have no choice to eat bad or be tempted! 2. Drink plenty of water with lemon and cucumber (mint leaves if you like) I find this makes me feel refreshed and cleansed it is also good for your skin/detox and best to have first thing when you wake up 3. Get rest having enough sleep is so important to start your day/week right!! I find if I do all these 3 steps it helps prepare me for the week ahead

08.01.2022 Working out can be so quick and easy! I love my little step up chair it might look easy but trust me my legs are burning after a 10 minute session!! You can work in a small space just like I did and still burn up a sweat!! In this workout I did: 1. Squat jumps on step up chair... 2. Side steps 3. Step ups (do each leg) 4. Jump to the sides 5. Jumping squats 30 seconds on, and after all 5 are complete 30 seconds rest repeat x5 or as many times as you want!! See more
