25.01.2022 Last night we laughed, we cried, and we danced! Another beautiful and amazing event by @allessandiamontana and @cultivateyourconfidence. Also beautiful breath work by @bermeditation ... I am so grateful I get to be involved and see all the beautiful break throughs these women have

13.01.2022 Can Mum’s be sexy? I saw a post about this by the beautiful @nikiisyme and it got me thinking. Society tells us that once we get married and become mothers, that we can’t be sexy in public anymore. We have to dress ourselves down. Why? Because we don’t need to attract a partner anymore?... Fuck that. Why can’t I feel great about myself without worrying how another man perceives me? All my younger life, I was treated like it was a privilege if a guy showed me attention, even those who were in relationships and who were married! Like just because I was single, I should want them to hit on me. It made me sick, and now makes me even angrier. When I was younger, I once woke up one morning to a MARRIED man touching me, just because he wanted to (he has kids too). I jumped up and left, he had no explanation or anything, just assumed I wanted it!! When I was asleep!!! I can dress to feel great about myself, show a sexy photo, and I shouldn’t have to worry about disgusting and inappropriate comments from men who feel like it’s their right. Grow the fuck up!

12.01.2022 Baby girl had her first day of Kindy today and my heart can’t handle it It is such a bittersweet feeling watching your kids grow. You are excited to see where they’ll go, but also grieve for the short short time they are little She has been my sidekick for the past 4 1/2 years, and now she’s entering the next phase of life with kindy, and school next year. Everyone that meets her knows what a little ray of sunshine she is, so my days are losing a little brightness from th...em when she’s at kindy Lucky I’ll still have Henry to keep me occupied for now, and I’m sure he’ll miss having his bigger siblings around more than me! The new chapters of life are always challenging, but necessary. We learn from them, we grow, and then the next phase comes along!

08.01.2022 My second most important piece of equipment for work is off getting an upgrade this week, ready to officially kick myself back into work once school starts back! Does anyone else feel like January is really an in-between month, and the year actually starts in February? I’ve been enjoying the quiet, slow days with the kids, and soaking up the last moments before schools back and life gets busy again
