What it owes you What you want What you need A Valuer Your Bank Manager 10 x Real Estate Agents Definitely NOT by.. The Internet Absolutely NOT by... Your sisters best friends husbands cousin ..who used it be in real estate. GOOD NEWS Often everything works out, the stars align and you do actually get exactly what you need/want! Because, the BUYER decided it was worth it! HOW DO WE WORK IT OUT? We use SALES (+ Listed properties aka competition) within the last 5-6 months in a 1km radius (wider for rural) to assess what Buyers have paid for similar properties...providing an ESTIMATED price guide. Its not an exact science. Because, BUYERS DETERMINE PRICE! Youll know what your home is truly worth when you take it to the Buyers!
