08.01.2022 This is my client Adrian, she started PT with me at the end of September. She was so nervous to even be in the gym when I first met her, and always doubted herself with any exercise I gave her to do. Since then her confidence has sky rocketed! Her form is spot on and she's performing compound lifts so easily. Plus she's losing weight and toning up! Here's what Adrian has to say...
