25.01.2022 It's been a long couple of days of cakes! White chocolate cupcakes and a top cake for the lovely Aish, a choc mud protein powder cake for Adams 18th and my cake from my fondant and ganache class.

21.01.2022 Chocolate mud number 1 with buttercream and fondant, chocolate mud doc with buttercream and gluten free choc cupcakes with gluten free buttercream. Loved making the fox and now know how to make lots of animals (although my hand did not share my sentiment...)
