22.01.2022 After this long and crazy year, it's fair to say we all need some "kop sanitiser"... I worked with Marras Wines to illustrate the label for their latest wine offering, "Was Jou Hanepoot", made from a baboon's favourite grape variety, hanepoot, and as an ode to keeping your hands washed this year of 2020. 18.01.2022 Super stoked to have worked on a do-good beer label for UK-based, Big Hug Brewing in support of their charity partner, Only A Pavement Away. OAPA help to bring the homeless, vulnerable veterans and ex-offenders back into employment via the hospitality sector. 07.01.2022 With Christmas just 3 weeks away, I’d like to wish all my wonderful clients and friends a magical festive season! ** Please note, my studio (i.e my four-legged secretary and I) will be out of office from Monday, 21 December and will be back on Monday, 11 January, ready to take on 2021! _ P.S. I printed a bunch of postcards in the hope of being able to also send them to my South African clients in time for Christmas, but unfortunately Santa’s postal elves aren’t doing the trans-Indian-Ocean trip this year, sorry :(.

07.01.2022 Lost Toy - the 12 hour, 12 page Book Dash baby of Sam Beckbessinger (writer), me (illustrator) and Natalie Pierre-Eugene (designer). _ A wordless picture book aimed at South African +-3 year olds about a beloved giraffe toy that goes missing and how it gets back to its child. _ Each illustrated page shown here is a spread (spans over 2 square pages) and were all created in one sitting during the virtual Book Dash event hosted from South Africa on Saturday, 17 Oct with pa...rticipants across the globe. _ I sat and drew from 6pm through the night till sun rise due to time zone differences... A true labour of love.
