17.01.2022 How do you find balance? Is it by attending a yoga class each week, practising daily meditation or simply ensuring you are present in each moment in life. When it comes to training and changing your lifestyle it comes down to balance and not going in to fast or too quick. In fact it really is about making small consistent changes each week until you have reached your goal and made the lifelong changes. ... I encourage each of you this week to make one small change and focus on that each day, you will start to feel alot more balanced in life. :) Happy Sunday to all our amazing followers. We know we have been quiet on our end however we have been working on some amazing changes moving forward. :)

03.01.2022 What is a journey to you? This is Michelle in nearly 12 months she has gone from a size 18 to a size 10/12.. something that still shocks her every time she goes to a clothing store. From the person she started with us needing to rebuild her mobility and movement to now feeling energised and no longer reaching for the chocolate when she is feeling sad. ... I am so proud of her efforts and the efforts of all the And Fitness ladies. It is about creating a lifestyle change not being constantly on a diet.. What changes have you made lately that will set you up for success?
