23.01.2022 We always love opportunities to speak to students and young people alike. There is so much pressure on kids these days, especially with social media. We find educating them about process and growth mindset, self-awareness, vision, and goal-setting not only helps give them direction now but helps build a firm foundation they can build on for the rest of their lives.

13.01.2022 We had such a great time being back presenting with the year 12 students from Aquinas College, Menai today. We took a deep dive into purpose and perseverance, your inner critic vs inner coach and FOPO... (Fear Of People’s Opinions...FOMO’s ugly cousin), and the art of focussing on process over outcome in order to explore your full potential. These guys take on their exams in just a few weeks and we are cheering them on as they go!
12.01.2022 "When you live with purpose, ALL the key markers of your health improve. BUT... To live a purpose-driven life and to bring PASSION to what you do means you are going to encounter many more challenges than you would if you were just staying in your safe you, which means you are going to require courage in order to move through those."

07.01.2022 "If you are always avoiding challenges that you don’t know if you are quite up for, you are depriving yourself of the most optimal state a human can be in." One of the ways we grow is through challenge, if you are avoiding challenge then you are avoiding opportunities for growth. How have you been challenging yourself this week?
07.01.2022 We’re excited to bring you this episode with our great friend, Genevieve who shares wisdom about self talk, being in the moment and how to bounce back.
04.01.2022 In the call room preparing for a full school resilience call with the crew at Penola High School, South Australia. This year has been challenging for everyone, not least high school students, that’s why we have created a zoom offering to go beyond borders and equip teenagers with the mindset skills for resilience that they need right now. Here’s what one of the students had to say afterwards. I thought it was inspiring that Eloise kept trying. It was motivational. It taught me to not give up and keep going and I really liked it.
