Now close your eyes, picture a legendary volcano, a gentle warm sea breeze brushing your face while you are at 600 metres above sea level... Now, can you smell the wild herbs growing around the vineyards ? Olive herbs, wild thyme, rosemary, oregano...... If you are lucky enough you might even hear the shepherd calling his flock ! We love how these wines show minerality & complexity. They hit your senses with dry herbs, volcanic ashes, strawberry, white nectarine and a delicate salty kiss to finish.
